Technical Support for students

To report a fault or request support from COM technical staff, it is necessary to ask your supervisor or lecturer, who will then log a call in the Service Request System. (It is not possible for students to do this themselves, unfortunately)

If on campus, contact can be made by coming to G11 in Regent Court, where staff will be available during office hours.

We do not offer repairs of equipment; if you require assistance with your own laptop then try ITS who have a service for this.
