+Everyone by default has 20GB quota on Staffstore. This is the "soft" limit, and you'll be able to use up to 30GB, but only for 7 days. At this point, you will find you can't write any files and may wonder why.
+To check your current usage, you do it differently depending on your computer type:
+For Windows, open "This PC" from the start menu, find the network drive for "Staffstore" (often mapped as H-drive), right clik on that and go to Properties. You'll see a donut chart showing how much space you've used.

 There is also 30-day store of daily backups which can be retrieved but this requires systems administrator action so a TopDesk ticket must be created. When creating a request please state which day you require from and which files/folders. This will then be manually restored by a techie person into a folder "Restored" in the root of your filestore.
