You are able to download Windows 10 (with Product Key) for free, as well as Visio, Visual Studio etc from the following link.

• Click the Sign On (Blue).
• Enter in your campus email address something@sheffield.ac.uk, click Next
• Click “Work or school account - Created by your IT department”
• You will be redirected to Sheffield.
• Enter in your campus username (e.g acp20abc) and then your campus password (MUSE). Click “Sign In”.
• You will be redirected to your Azure homepage.
• You should see “Education”, click this, and click “Software”.
• Find the application or OS you desire,
• at the right end of the screen, click “View Key” and “Generate URL”
• Copy the URL link to another tab on your browser and download the application or OS product.
